Dr. Bill Tinglin — Founder & Chairman

Dr. Karren Dunkley — Deputy Chair, Global Affairs & Education
Distinguished academic and cultural ambassador. Dr. Dunkley forges international partnerships that strengthen the parade’s educational and diplomatic reach across the diaspora.

Dr. Lawman Lynch — Deputy Chair, Operations & Logistics
Strategic and precise. Dr. Lynch ensures operational excellence by guiding every logistical detail to create a safe, seamless experience.

Dr. Robert Clarke, M.D. — Director of Medical Affairs
Respected physician and humanitarian. Dr. Clarke leads all medical readiness initiatives and emergency response efforts for the parade.

Working with Dr. Clarke, Claudette will oversee all medical and emergency safety needs for the event. She will coordinate first-aid readiness and assess safety risks.
